EIRIN IJI IINKAI (Eirin-Sustaining Committee)

Separately from EIRIN, the above-mentioned committee, composed of 17 film companies including Japanese major and independent producers/distributors/ exhibitors, foreign film importers/distributors and representatives of the U.S. majors, supports EIRIN. The committee provides EIRIN its policy, classification guidelines and management regulations. It also appoints the president of EIRIN and recommends the secretary general to the president.
